Dear Reader,

My name is Cristina, and it is a privilege to walk alongside you, holding space for you to reconnect with your essence, replenish your energy, and radiate your truth into the world.

As a life coach trained in the Compassionate Inquiry method and currently studying transpersonal psychotherapy, I take a holistic approach to self-exploration. My work is about helping you peel away the layers of personality, coping mechanisms, and limiting beliefs so that you can cultivate an authentic relationship with yourself and access your inner wisdom. This process fosters greater self-awareness, compassion, and love for yourself and others, ultimately bringing a deeper sense of purpose to your life.

I believe that we are spiritual beings having an embodied experience—interwoven through body, mind, and soul. Since these aspects are inseparable, exploring and nurturing your relationship with each one, including your spiritual self, is essential to living authentically and fully.

In my practice, I integrate various techniques, including Compassionate Inquiry, meditation, guided visualization, art and music therapy, dreamwork, and holotropic breathwork (a method developed by psychiatrist Dr. Stanislav Grof). Every journey is unique, so I tailor my approach to meet your personal needs and preferences with care and respect.

My Journey

For Much of My life, I lived in survival mode— disconnected. from my body, trapped in Patterns shaped by my childhood trauma and overwhelmed by anxiety, panic, shame, and a deep sense of unworthiness.
